A 6 week session (with a pause in between) of Gentle Flow yoga, led by Angela Bryson of Angels-Landing Yoga & Wellness.
Gentle Flow is a combination of both movement and surrender. We will build strength and balance by creating a strong foundation that is rooted in good alignment, body awareness and optional modifications. We will also learn how to settle, relax and find ease in our bodies and minds.

Your Teacher
Mandy Elizabeth is an internationally respected teacher of yoga, meditation, and spiritual living. Known for her deeply embodied wisdom, light-hearted approach to life, and soulful guidance, she has spent over 15 years devoted to the yogic path.
Her teachings are immersive and heart-centered, weaving together ancient yogic wisdom, silence, emotional intelligence, and spiritual insight in ways that speak to the modern soul. Whether guiding retreats in Canada or transformational yoga trainings in Bali, Mandy creates sacred spaces where people return to joy and inner clarity.
With more than 2,000 hours of advanced training, over 10,000 hours of teaching, and an unwavering personal practice, Mandy lives what she teaches. She currently resides in Bali with her fiancé, where she continues her studies under her longtime mentors and co-facilitates life-changing offerings that integrate Vedic teachings, deep rest, and inner liberation.
