Solstice Reverie: Sound Bath & Cacao by the Flame
Join us for an intimate gathering in honour of the Winter Solstice — a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and turn inward on the longest night of the year.
We begin with meditative stillness and a 60-minute deep sound journey of solfeggio frequencies, celestial gong resonance, and soothing oceanic tones. As the field settles, we gather around a sacred flame for a Trataka-inspired gaze and shared silence, followed by creating our own oil lamps as a reflective ritual to release and invite with intention.
The evening concludes with warm cacao and light snacks to gently open the heart as we complete the circle together.

The Crystal Alchemy Bowls are made of the highest quality quarts from North Carolina and are infused with minerals, gemstones and other natural elements. They bring forth the vibrational frequencies of our natural state allowing for deep healing.
There will be a brief introduction of the bowls, followed by a one-hour immersion into the experience of the transformational sounds of the bowls.

Holistic yoga flow embraces principles of slowing down building strength, mobility and balance. Class will end with a guided down chakra meditation.
