We are starting a new collaborative Restorative Yoga PLUS Sound Bath with the Crystal Alchemy Bowls at Ascent / The Village at 1883!
Julie Fasan an I have collaborated to create a new version of this program in order to continue the flow of what happens when we combine the healing properties of yoga and sound. Julie is an amazing yoga teacher, and I am thrilled we have been able to come together for this class! Julie will bring her unique essence and I am honoured to be working with her! Our first event is this week on Friday and I hope this is enough notice for you to say YES to joining us!
We are keeping the structural format the same,. The price continues to be $70.00 per person, and the class will also continue to be for 90 minutes.
