A collaborative Restorative Yoga PLUS Sound Bath with the Crystal Alchemy Bowls at Ascent / The Village at 1883 With Susan Eva & Julie Fasan!
Julie Fasan and I have collaborated to create a new version of this program in order to continue the flow of what happens when we combine the healing properties of yoga and sound. Julie is an amazing yoga teacher, and I am thrilled we have been able to come together for this class! Julie will bring her unique essence and I am honoured to be working with her!
We are definitely in the midst of massive changes and shifts in our consciousness, and these sessions are a magnificent way to stay centred, grounded and harmonized, mind, body and spirit. The combination of breathwork, restorative yoga, gentle hands-on massage, and the healing vibrations of the Crystal Alchemy Singing Bowls are not just incredibly relaxing, but also help to bring our nervous systems back into resonance. NO YOGA experience necessary!
