Restorative Yoga with Sarah

Join Sarah for a 75 minute restorative yoga practice designed to settle the nervous system and provide intentional rest for your mind and body.
Restorative yoga uses simple, supported postures and intentional breathwork to bring ease to the body and calm to the mind with no flexibility, experience, or yoga pants required.
Please bring your own mat (a few available if needed). Additional props will be provided to ensure a comfortable and cozy practice.
Please arrive between 6:30 and 6:45pm to settle in before the class begins at 6:45pm.
Each session will be unique, so join us for whichever sessions are right for you (Note: a ticket must be purchased for each date when attending multiple classes).
