Join Layla Haroon of intuned° Collective for an intimate gathering in honour of the Winter Solstice — a gentle invitation to pause, soften, and turn inward on the longest night of the year.

We begin with meditative stillness and a 60-minute deep sound journey of solfeggio frequencies, celestial gong resonance, and soothing oceanic tones. As the field settles, we gather around a sacred flame for a Trataka-inspired gaze and shared silence, followed by creating our own oil lamps as a reflective ritual to release and invite with intention.

The evening concludes with warm cacao and light snacks to gently open the heart as we complete the circle together.

A quiet, nurturing space to reconnect with self, honour transition, and welcome the season with presence.
