The program begins with corrective stretches and a comprehensive warm-up before the gym-stick exercises. The gym-stick emphasizes postural musculature and core development with a structured set of exercises: 300 reps divided into 3 sets of 100, following the therapeutic muscular flow. This approach aims to strengthen and condition the body to prevent breakdown and maintain movement flow. The workout honors fundamental movement principles of squat, lunge, push, pull, twist, and bend while incorporates gait, balance, flexibility, strength, and power. Designed ensuring a balanced and effective workout experience for all.
