Strength & Surrender Yoga with Weights with Rhonda

Are you ready to enhance your yoga practice and build strength, balance and core power to help improve and sustain mobility and overall good health?

We will balance strengthening of the physical body using light weights, with strengthening of our emotional and mental bodies through pranayama ( conscious breath), Yin style cool down (deep stretch release) and end with Savasana (relaxation).

*NOTE: Please bring your own set (2) of light weights, between 2 - 4 lbs as there are limited weights available at the studio. You can also use filled plastic water bottles !
